Dawn Sanders, M.Div is a missional entrepreneur, working alongside faith and justice advocates in the US and abroad. Dawn has served as the program director for international organizations such as the Lott Carey Convention and International Justice Mission.

Dawn is the founder of Pioneer Learning International, a non-profit consulting & fundraising organization. In 2018, Pioneer hosted it’s first international leadership immersion. For over six years, Pioneer has provided cross-cultural leadership initiatives to Africa, Australia, Europe, and Puerto Rico.

In 2024, Dawn began Leader2Leader Abroad, with a mission to deepen connections between US leaders, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and their industry peers in the Global South.

Dawn has established immersive Leadership Cohorts around the world deploying youth, young adults, faith and community leaders. Serving alongside indigenous leaders making a difference in education, recovery, anti-trafficking, college-to-career placement, entrepreneurship, hunger, HIV/AIDS, and faith movements.

Lott Carey (2011-2017) - Deployed twenty-five (25) leadership cohorts to the Caribbean, Africa, and Australia.

Pioneer Learning International (2018-2023) - Deployed ten (10) leadership cohorts to Africa, Australia, and Europe.
